Training Gummies for the Grown-Ups
Parents who train tend to do it in the cracks of a family day, and their kit should be sized for adults, not borrowed from a teenager's gym bag. These gummies are measured accordingly.
Sized for an adult session
One thousand milligrams of beet root extract, six hundred of L-citrulline, four hundred of L-arginine. Those are adult training figures, printed on the label, which is why the jar does not get shared with the kids no matter how athletic they look.
The three routes, named
Beet root supplies nitrate, the dietary road to nitric oxide; citrulline and arginine are the amino-acid roads. All three appear separately rather than hidden in a blend, so the panel can be compared line by line with anything else on the shelf.
The supporting cast
B6 and B12 handle the energy-metabolism paperwork, while grape seed and CoQ10 bring antioxidant support. A training panel that only counted nitrate would be doing the rest of the work a disservice.
Chewed before, not during
Forty-five to sixty minutes ahead of the session, chewed rather than washed down as a shot. The window matters more than the milligrams, and a chew fits the drive to the gym better than a shaker does.
What it owes you
Support for sessions you were going to do anyway. It will not do the training, and it is not written for children, however many sports they play. The adult jar stays on the adult shelf.
